Raw Vegan Orange & Cacao Bliss Balls

These are a delicious snack at any time of the day! We shared these this morning at our Australia Day Celebration Class at the Body Yoga Studio in Berwick. They were a huge hit with our students so here’s the recipe as promised!

Ingredients
1 cup of pistachio nuts
1/2 cup of almonds
1/2 cup hazelnuts
3 tablespoons of cacao
1/4 teaspoon himilayan rock salt
1 tablespoons coconut oil
16 medjool dates
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons of cacao nibs
4 drops of orange essential oil

Process nuts until fine then add all other ingredients and blitz well until mixture feels like it will hold together. If it’s too crumbly add more coconut oil.

Roll mixture into balls and coat with desiccated coconut or raw cacao for a richer decadent taste! Refrigerate for about 1 hour and then enjoy!

NOTE: you can use any nuts you have on hand and can substitute the orange essential oil for peppermint or tangerine. I only use Therapeutic grade essential oils by Young Living.
