Workshops are a great way to deepen your understanding of yoga and build on what is learnt in class and also helps to develop a sense of community which Body Yoga prides itself on. We aim to provide regular workshops focused on different areas of interest from inversions, to creating a home practice to meditation just to name a few. Beginner Yoga Course

Have you always wanted to bring Yoga into your life but you weren’t sure where to start?  Join our 5 week Beginners Yoga Course and learn the foundations step by step in a supportive environment. 

Explore the basic tools of yoga.
-Asana (body movements)
-Prānāyāma (breath regulation)
-Meditation (focused reflection)
