The style of Hatha yoga we teach is called ‘Shanti Yoga’ classes are multilevel and are designed for students with varying levels of experience from beginners to seasoned practitioners. The classes accommodate beginner, intermediate, advanced and restorative levels, all within the same session.

Classes are fully led and consist of basic poses, principles of stretching, movement, breath and posture, yoga philosophy and simple relaxation in fluid, guided sequences, designed to offer a deeper, rhythmical flow of asanas, movements and breath, favouring the rich continuity of quiet, focused flow.
