Fortnightly Meditation classes Tuesday, 7:45pm  Relaxation & Meditation 45 minute Sessions,

Experience the support and benefits of a group meditation practice. Whilst not a ‘learn to meditate’ course these classes are open and accessible to everyone from the complete beginner to the experienced meditator.

Note: In addition to these classes,  we also offer a weekly Restorative Yoga Class each Monday night at 7.30pm which includes guided meditation and relaxation. Regular Meditation Courses and Workshops are also offered.

If you’re looking to find peace and stillness then Body Yoga’s Relaxation & Meditation Classes are  just for you. These classes are suitable for all levels of students including the very beginner. You will learn and practice various relaxation and meditation techniques in a fun and supportive way. Body Yoga’s Relaxation & Meditation Classes will provide you with “life tools” as well as relaxation & meditation techniques that you can easily practice on your own allowing you to continue the journey to stillness and inner happiness. Classes are held at our beautiful Body Yoga Studio in Berwick – a sacred and tranquil space for you to take time out from your busy life to find stillness and inner peace.

What to Bring

Class duration:  1 hour

  • Please leave shoes at the door and do not bring any food or gum into the studio
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing
  • All equipment is provided
