“I have had extensive psoriasis for several years now, and at one point spent hundreds of dollars on aggressive steroid creams and light therapy to help heal it. This ‘fix’ did not last for long and tired of using chemicals on my body, I was recommended by my yoga teacher Mary, to try some Young Living essential oils to help heal it. I was recommended to use Lavender Oil and Melrose Oil. As psoraisis is stress related, I used the oils two fold: I used the lavender oil in an oil burner to help create a calmer environment. I then alternated between rubbing the two oils on the affected areas (Melrose in the morning, Lavender at night) over several days and started to notice a remarkable difference in the size and severity of the psoriasis patches. I’m very pleased to say that over time and regular use, the psoriasis has started to diminish significantly, to the point where I can say that I no longer feel self conscious about it and feel that it will heal completely, very soon! I cannot thank Mary enough for her recommendation- it goes to show that nature knows best and the essential oils can do what chemicals cannot.” Natalie, Carnegie
