Chewy Chocolate Macadamia Biscuits


1 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup fresh pitted medjool dates
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder


  1. Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
  2. In a food processor add the nuts, dates & cacao, blend until well combined & the ingredients stick together.
  3. Roll into small balls, place on a lined baking tray & flatten slightly with a fork.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven & allow to cool completely prior to touching.
  6. Store in an air tight container for up to 5 days.

This perfect little treat is ideal for lunch boxes & best served with a glass of homemade nut milk or your favourite tea.
