Mindful Mamas Circle

The mindful mamas circle will give you the opportunity to connect with yourself and others on a deeper level. Take the time to nurture yourself, deepening your mindfulness practice, feasting on delicious organic whole food treats, sipping on organic tea, bring your mindful mothering questions to the group in a safe and supportive environment to share, learn and grow together.

As one we put the outside world on hold and create an opportunity for women to come together in sacred space and sit in stillness. With deep reverence for each other, we connect, reflect and celebrate ourselves and each other.

When women are seen, heard and held in this way we can transform guilt, overwhelm and disconnection and honor all parts of the mothering journey so that you step away from circle feeling empowered and able to be who you need to be in your world.

You will make meaningful and lasting connections to other mamas.

You will encounter opportunities for reflection,connecting, and sharing, and you will feel empowered to offer the best of yourself to your children. Above all, you will create the “village” that all of us mamas truly need. Whether you are looking for information on a specific topic, wanting to gain support, or seeking social connection with other mamas in a welcoming and non-judgmental space, there is something for everyone at Mindful Mama space.

The monthly mindful mamas circle invites mamas of all ages and stages in their mothering journey, as well as women feeling the need to mother themselves or who are about to embark on their motherhood journey..
